Six Week Online Periodised Training Program. This is a structured progressively periodised program that acknowledges the key movement patterns required to assist you in gaining muscle strength, size and overall general fitness.

3 Day Training Split (Full Body Strength)

You will have Access to the Outlook Health Application this is where your periodised program will be uploaded and all exercise demonstrations and explanations will be visible.
