What you will receive:
This service is custom to what your club and athletes require. All workshop bookings begin with a 30-40minute ‘Foundation of Sports Nutrition’ workshop to ensure everyone has the same level of basic nutrition knowledge.
From here, custom workshops can be requested based upon what the club and athletes desire.

Following each workshop, a summary page will be provided electronically covering all information from the session. For the ‘Foundation of Sports Nutrition’ workshop, this summary will also include snack ideas, meal building tips/recipes.
I have found after interning at Melbourne AFLW and further working for Casey Demons VFLW, there is an extreme lack of nutrition education in the local level of sports (not restricting to only Aussie Rules Football).
I believe that education is key, using only science backed research and NO restrictive or FAD diets is the best way to begin to make change for our up-and-coming athletes.
